He follows these routines along with his 19-year-old son Talmage. A documentary on his life is being made by Netflix called “Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever”, information about which Brian himself has given on his social media account. He has told that father and son wake up at 5 in the morning and eat their dinner only after 4 hours. While for breakfast he has protein mix with cocoa powder and macadamia nut milk with extra virgin olive oil, at 9 in the morning he has his last meal of the day with vegetables, nuts, seeds and berries. Not only this, he also goes to sleep at 8.30. In between this, he has 60 minutes of exercise, which includes a lot of things.

Brian eats only vegan food
Brian and his sons are on a vegan diet and do not consume tea, coffee or alcohol. He consumes 2,250 calories a day, which includes 130 grams of protein, 206 grams of carbs and 101 grams of fat. In the year 2023, Brian came into limelight when he got his teenage son’s blood transfused and plasma exchanged. He claimed that this makes him feel much younger.
