When you reach near the school gate of Chhapra, Dheeraj prepares very tasty samosas here. Dheeraj Gupta has been making these samosas for the last 13 years. He himself keeps the homemade masala ready, due to which the taste is very good. The masala for samosas is prepared by mixing cumin, coriander, garlic, turmeric, garam masala. This shop is open from 7 in the morning to 7 in the evening.
1 thousand samosas are sold daily
Every day 1000 samosas are sold at this shop. One piece of samosa is sold for just 7 rupees. Three brothers run the shop together. The size of the samosa is also much bigger than other shops. After eating two samosas, the stomach gets full. Chole, sweet and sour chutney is given with the samosa. This doubles the taste of the samosa.
Make good earnings
Dheeraj Gupta said that for the past few years he has been winning people’s hearts by feeding them samosas. He told Local18 that even the people in the office are eating these samosas themselves. When he did not get a good job even after studying, he started selling samosas. Now he is earning well.
