In fact, in Faridabad, Haryana, on the night of 23 August, around 12 o’clock, Aryan Mishra went to eat Maggi in a Duster car with his two friends Harshit and Shanky. Meanwhile, the alleged cow smugglers got information on the phone that some cow smugglers were doing recce in the city sitting in Duster and Fortuner and calling their companions and taking away cows in tankers.

Meanwhile, the cow smugglers saw a Duster car at Patel Chowk in Faridabad. They signaled it to stop. But Aryan and his friends thought that these people were the goons with whom their friend Shanky had a fight a few days ago. Harshit was driving the car, he did not stop the car and started running away. The cow smugglers riding in the Swift started chasing them.

After chasing for about 25 kilometers, the cow smuggler fired a shot and the bullet hit Aryan. As soon as the bullet hit, Harshit stopped the car, as soon as the car stopped, the cow smugglers came and shot Aryan again in the chest and he died on the spot.

How many people were killed by cow smugglers

According to a report by Human Rights Watch, at least 44 people lost their lives in cow-related violence in India between May 2015 and December 2018. Of the people who lost their lives in these cases, 36 were Muslims.

Whereas, the New Delhi-based Documentation of the Oppressed Database, a free agency, detected 206 cases of cow-related violence between July 2014 and August 2022. A total of 850 victims in these cases were of the Muslim religion.
