Hearing of the case postponed till January 20
In the hearing held this week, her lawyer told the court that when the woman had given her statement, she would have been fired from the job immediately, but she was suspended and waited for 3 months. When they got the statement of the anesthetist present during the operation, they evacuated the woman. The court was told that the doctor would not talk about settlement until her job was returned to her. The judge has suspended the case till January 20.
