What are the rules?

Let us tell you that clause B of sub-section 1 of Section 160 states that for the purpose of transportation of ballot boxes to or from any polling station or transportation of members of the police force for maintaining order during the conduct of such election. If any vehicle, vessel or animal is required, the Government may, by order in writing, requisition such premises or such vehicle, vessel or animal from the person concerned.

Further, under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 160 There is also a provision in clause B that under what circumstances the administration cannot take your vehicle. According to the information, if any vehicle or vehicle is being used legally by a candidate or his agent or for any election related work of any candidate, then the administration cannot demand his vehicle under this sub-section. At the same time, it is clearly written in sub-section 2 of Section 160 that the government or administration will make this demand through a written order addressed to the property owner or vehicle owner and the person concerned will have to obey this order in the prescribed manner.
