3 kachoris for only 20 rupees, amazing taste comes from being made on wood stove

People come from far and wide to taste these kachoris and samosas. Thousands of kachoris and samosas are made daily on the stove by burning wood and coal in the Phad market of the city. In Bikaner’s Chokhunti Railway Crossing Phad Bazar, Kachoris and Samosas are being made indigenously for the last 40 years.

Shopkeeper Omprakash Tanwar told that earlier kachoris and samosas were made on the stove with kerosene, but now it has stopped. Because of this the stove was installed. They tell that the kachoris and samosas made on gas do not taste good. Kachoris and samosas made on the stove are tastier.

Three thousand kachoris and samosas are sold daily
Tanwar says that more than 200 kachoris and samosas are put in the pan at a time. Everyday three thousand kachoris and samosas are sold from here. Tanwar told that three kachoris and samosas are given for Rs. The shop remains open from 6 am to 3.30 pm. He tells that his son also works with him in the shop.

How to make samosa and kachori
Tanwar told that flour, potato, chili, ginger, mint, paddy, garam masala, salt are used to make samosa. Whereas flour, lentils, chillies, garam masala, cloves, black pepper, salt are added to Kachori.
