Meanwhile, terrorist organization ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack and claimed that its fighters had attacked a large crowd of Christians.
A statement issued on Telegram by ISIS-affiliated news agency Amaq said, “Our fighters attacked a large gathering of Christians on the outskirts of the Russian capital Moscow, killing many people, injuring many and There was also massive destruction at the site.” However, no evidence was provided by ISIS to support this claim.
