How many students left, how many remained, why those who were there did not leave. Information was obtained from the students and the wardens about this.
Proctor Prof. Wasim Ali said that currently 75% of the students have vacated the hostel. The students who are left have to give UGC NET and JRF exams on June 18. That is why they have stayed back. The halls will be vacated after the exams. He said that the deficiencies found in the halls during inspection will be removed. Let us tell you that the researchers had also protested several times for not vacating the halls.
Students caught with mobile phones will not get admission
It is expected that the students found carrying mobile phones at various examination centres during the entrance examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in AMU will never be able to get admission here in their lives. Such a possibility is being expressed. The students had taken mobile phones inside the examination hall by dodging the metal detector in the AMU campus. The students were discussed in the meeting of the investigation committee on Wednesday. The higher authorities will be informed about the action taken against them.
