The country’s first intimacy coordinator Aastha Khanna says in this matter that when an intimate scene is to be shot, a workshop is conducted for the actors before that. In this, the intimacy coordinator talks about the desires and limitations of the actors.
Apart from this, the actors are also asked to what level they can shoot the scene. When the actors tell the intimacy coordinator their limits and desires, then the intimacy coordinator tells both the actor and the actress how they have to react during the scene, where they have to touch each other, if they find anything wrong in the scene or feel uncomfortable, then they should immediately say cut. Only after all this, an intimate scene is shot.
