Crossed the 100 crore mark on the third day itself
According to the report of Saccanilk, this horror comedy film of Shraddha and Rajkumar has earned Rs 16.98 crores on the third day of its release i.e. till 3 pm on Saturday. With this, the total collection of ‘Stree 2’ has become Rs 108.68 crores. The film has scored a century at the box office on the third day itself.
Know the earnings of the first and second day
‘Stree 2’, which was released on the special occasion of 15 August, earned 8.5 crores from previews. Its total earnings on the opening day including previews were recorded at 59.3 crores. After this, the film also spread its magic on the second day i.e. Friday. On 16 August, Stree 2 collected 31.4 crores. According to the report of Saccanilk, the total collection of Stree 2 in two days was 90.7 crores.
Akshay’s ‘Khel-Khel Mein’ and John’s ‘Veda’ were defeated
Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Khel Khel Mein’ and John Abraham’s film ‘Veda’ were also released on 15 August along with Stree 2. But there is a huge difference in the collections of Shraddha’s film and Akshay-John’s films. According to the report of Saconilk, Akshay Kumar’s multi-starrer film ‘Khel Khel Mein’ has collected a total of Rs 7.58 crore in three days till 3 pm on Saturday. On the other hand, John’s ‘Veda’ has earned a total of Rs 8.48 crore so far.
