Hapur Murder Case: 27-year-old married woman Rukhsar, resident of Pilkhuwa in Hapur district of UP, died under suspicious circumstances in Dasna of Mussoorie police station area of Ghaziabad. The deceased woman’s husband Shahnawaz informed his in-laws about this. The family buried the body of the deceased Rukhsar in the graveyard located in Pilkhuwa, Hapur.
The deceased woman’s 5-year-old son Ujer revealed the secret of his mother’s murder to his grandmother, after which the family filed a case against the murderer husband Shahnawaz. At present, in the presence of Magistrate Lavi Tripathi, the body of the deceased has been removed from the cemetery and sent for post-mortem.
The husband used to beat his wife ever since marriage
According to the information received, the deceased Rukhsar was married to a young man named Shahnawaz, a resident of village Salai, about 8 years ago. After marriage, the woman had two children, an elder daughter Alisha aged about 7 years and a son Uzair alias Ballu aged about 5 years. A case has been registered by the deceased’s brother Imran by giving a written complaint in the Mussoorie police station of Ghaziabad. In his complaint, he wrote that Shahnawaz used to beat his sister since marriage. She stayed in her maternal home for 8 months and after mutual agreement, she started living with her husband in her in-laws’ house.
Five year old son revealed the secret of his killer father
On the night of 19 August 2024, husband Shahnawaz killed his wife Rukhsar. Shahnawaz told us that she died due to illness, after which Rukhsar was buried in the cemetery. At the same time, 3 days after the woman’s death, her 5-year-old son Uzair alias Ballu told that his Ammi (Rukhsar) was beaten by Papa at night. He sat on Ammi by placing a pillow on her mouth, which caused her death. After which the deceased’s brother lodged a complaint in the local police station. After which a case of murder has been registered in Mussoorie police station and the accused husband Shahnawaz has been arrested.
5 year old innocent child Ujer said, “Abbu was hitting Amma with a pillow on her face. My eyes opened when Amma kicked me. Abbu said don’t tell anyone, then Mummy’s eyes closed and her legs also stopped.
