If you too have a dream of buying a house in Delhi, then a golden opportunity has come for you. Delhi Development Authority i.e. DDA has launched a new cheap housing scheme. In this scheme, you are getting flats at a price of Rs 11.54 lakh.
Under this scheme, there are flats for economically weaker section i.e. EWS and low income group LIG. Booking of flats in this housing scheme of DDA is starting from 10th September, which will run till 31st March 2025. Where are the flats available? What is the registration amount? Flats are available at these places
In this housing scheme of Delhi Development Authority (DDA), flats are available for booking under the first come first serve scheme. Under the scheme, about 34000 LIG and EWS flats are available for booking in Ramgarh Colony, Loknayak Puram, Rohini Saraspur and Narela. Their starting price is Rs 11.54 lakh.
There are flats in all categories like HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS in different areas like Loknayakpuram, Jasola and Narela. The starting price of these flats is around Rs 29 lakh. There are 5400 flats available for booking here.
Under DDA’s Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024, there are MIG, HIG flats in Dwarka Sector 14, 16B and 19B. If someone wants to buy a flat in the posh area of Dwarka, then 173 flats are available. The starting price of these flats is around Rs 1.28 crore.
Booking amount of flats
The booking amount for EWS flats is Rs 50,000. Whereas the booking amount for LIG flats is Rs 1 lakh. The booking amount for MIG flats is Rs 4 lakh. Whereas the booking amount for HIG flats has been fixed at Rs 10 lakh. The registration fee for all these flats is Rs 2,500.
Let us tell you that both the registration amount and the booking amount are non-refundable. That is, if you pay the registration fee and the booking amount, then you will have to buy the flat. Otherwise, you will incur a huge loss.
You can apply for the scheme online
You can apply online for this housing scheme of DDA. For this you have to visit the official website of DDA www.dda.gov.in. And after this you have to follow the complete process. Some documents will also be required for applying in the scheme.
Passport, government ID card, driving license, ration card, Aadhaar card can be used as identity proof. For residence proof, electricity bill, water bill, telephone bill, income proof for EWS category, caste certificate, handicapped certificate, bank account passbook (self attested) and affidavit will have to be submitted.
