The criminal who murdered a youth by slitting his throat in Delhi’s Gokalpuri area has been arrested by the police after an encounter. The criminal has been shot in his leg. The criminal has been identified as Ravi alias Rinku, a resident of Gokalpur village. Ravi already has seven cases registered against him including three murders. The police have arrested Bhupendra, Ravi and Neeraj in this case. The criminals had murdered a youth named Neeraj Arora by slitting his throat on Saturday.
