Ingredients for making Cabbage Roll Pakora
1 cabbage
¼ tsp cumin seeds
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger and garlic
1 tsp finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped carrots
¼ cup finely chopped capsicum
1 boiled potato
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp dried mango powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 cup gram flour
½ tsp carom seeds
1 tsp chili flakes

How to make Cabbage Roll Pakora
To make cabbage roll pakora, open the upper layers of cabbage one by one and take them out separately. Then remove all the layers and finely chop the remaining inner small part and keep it in a bowl. Now boil the cabbage layers in water, then take them out and keep them aside to cool. You will see that these layers will start looking somewhat like a bowl. Keep them aside and take care that they do not tear. Then to prepare the filling of the pakora, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and ginger-garlic in it and after the cumin seeds are cooked, add onion, carrot, capsicum and chopped cabbage in the pan and stir. Then mash the potatoes and add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, dry mango powder and salt to it and mix well. Fry all the vegetables till they become slightly soft and take them out in a vessel and keep them aside to cool.

Now take gram flour in a vessel and mix salt, chili flakes, celery and water in it and make a thick batter. Then place the filling on the bowl-shaped cabbage leaves, then wrap it and make a roll and close it from both sides. Prepare all the pakoras in this way. Then heat oil in a pan and dip each roll in the gram flour batter and deep fry it. Your tasty cabbage rolls are ready. Serve them with chutney or tomato sauce.
