Delhi Police Crime Branch has arrested a sharpshooter close to a jailed gangster. The accused sharpshooter Lokesh alias Leela is also a history-sheeter and a criminal declared absconding of Delhi’s Najafgarh police station. He had kidnapped a teenager and held her hostage in his house and sexually assaulted her for several days. He had shot and killed a member of the rival gang. The accused was evading court proceedings in three heinous cases of Delhi.
