According to PaySecure’s data, 117.6 million UPI payments have been made worldwide in 2023. In July 2024, this figure was around 20.6 lakh crores, which is the highest recorded in a month. Apart from this, UPI has also crossed the figure of 20 lakh crores for three consecutive months.
