ICC charges against Vladimir Putin
In fact, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant against Vladimir Putin in March this year. The ICC says that there is sufficient evidence of crime against Vladimir Putin in the Ukraine war. The ICC has said that hundreds of children from orphanages and children’s homes in Ukraine have been brought to Russia, so that people living in Russia can adopt these children. However, Russia has rejected these allegations of the ICC. With this, the legality of the ICC itself has been questioned.

Russia does not recognize ICCC
Vladimir Putin is the president of the world’s second most powerful country, so there is no hope that he will obey the orders of the ICC. Russia already does not recognize the ICC, so Vladimir Putin cannot be arrested inside Russia. Apart from this, it is not possible to conduct such a trial when he is not in the country.
