Little Swan Dongshan Franchise Shop’s T-Mall online store received 40 thousand orders for washing machines being sold by the company in just 20 minutes. If the correct price was being charged for the machines, the company would have become rich but the problem here was that an employee of the company had put the wrong price tag on the machines. Due to the orders received after seeing the heavy discount, the company suffered a loss of more than Rs 35 crore 26 lakh 70 thousand.
The company begged customers
As soon as the company came to know about this mistake, the company started begging the customers to understand their problem and cancel their orders. The company will refund their money soon. Actually, the price of the washing machine was 20 thousand rupees and the price label on it showed it to be only Rs 3526. At the same time, a washing machine worth Rs 29,473 had a tag of only Rs 5,177. The company has also released a video of the employee, who is telling about the mistake made by him.
