Dubai is also ranked fourth. But a company from the same city has announced the world’s second tallest skyscraper. It will also have the planet’s tallest nightclub.
The height of Burj Azizi of Azizi Developments Company in Dubai will be 725 meters, which is just behind its neighbor Burj Khalifa, which is 830 meters high. The company says that the construction of this tower, costing 1.15 billion pounds i.e. about 126 billion 49 crore rupees, has already started.
It is expected to be completed within four years i.e. in 2028. This skyscraper with more than 131 floors will go on sale in February 2025. It will have a unique all-suite seven-star hotel inspired by seven cultural themes, as well as residences such as penthouses, apartments and holiday homes.

The building will also feature a unique observation deck and adrenaline zone, as well as a number of world record-breaking features. These include the world’s highest hotel lobby on Level 11, the highest nightclub on Level 126, the highest observation deck on Level 130, Dubai’s highest restaurant on Level 122 and Dubai’s highest hotel room on Level 118.
The tower, which will be the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, will also include a vertical retail centre over seven floors, a luxury ballroom and a beach club.
