A youth from Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh was shot dead in Muzaffarpur. Five days ago he left home on his bike saying he was going to Bihar for a tour. His body was found on the side of the road in Muzaffarpur’s Rampur Hari police station area on Sunday midnight. There was a commotion in the area after the incident. A crowd of people gathered nearby. Here, on getting the information, the police reached the spot and started investigation. The police also found a country-made pistol near the body. It is being said to be of Munger model. Apart from this, a bike with UP number, mobile, cash, ATM and Aadhar card were also found. The deceased youth has been identified as Dilip Kumar Yadav (25), a resident of Daya Chhapra village in UP’s Ballia district.
The reasons behind the murder are being investigated
Here, the police reached the spot, took the body in their custody and sent it to SKMCH for postmortem. Also, Dilip’s family was informed about the matter. In the whole case, Rampur police station in-charge Hari Sujit Mishra has said that the body of a youth resident of Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh has been found. The reasons for the murder are being investigated. An FIR has been registered against unknown criminals. Some people are being questioned. Further action is being taken in the case.
Dilip left home five days ago
Here, after the incident, the family members are crying a lot. The family members say that Dilip had left the house five days ago. When asked, he had said that he was going to Bihar for a trip. He will return in a week. He had no enmity with anyone. Still, who killed him and why? This is a matter of investigation. The police is appealed to take this matter seriously and arrest the murderers as soon as possible.
