A five year old boy died a painful death on the spot after being hit by a Toto rickshaw near the women’s college in the city police station area of ​​Vaishali. After the death, angry people blocked the road and set fire on the road itself. After the incident, there was chaos at the spot. The deceased is Rakesh Kumar, the five-year-old son of Sanjay Malik, a resident of Kranti Chowk Kaun Hara Road in Kishore Nagar police station area, who was the eldest of two brothers. He was playing at the door of his house when a speeding Toto rickshaw hit him and he died on the spot. Although the local people tried to catch the Toto driver after the incident, he managed to escape from the spot and the e-rickshaw was caught by the people.
