Yudhra Movie Review: Siddhant-Malvika’s pair became the life of the weak story ‘Yudhra’

After Ranbir Kapoor’s film ‘Animal’ and Raghav Juyal’s ‘Kill’, another action-packed film ‘Yudhra’ has been released in theatres on 20 September. Malavika Mohanan is seen in the film along with Siddhant Chaturvedi. In the film, Siddhant is seen as a person with an angry nature. Seeing him, you will remember Ranbir Kapoor of ‘Animal’. In an interview, Siddhant had told that this film was started when the trend of violent action films had not even started and the truth is that if this film had been released before ‘Animal’ and ‘Kill’, it would have dominated the box office as soon as it was released, but now it is too late. Even before ‘Yudhra’, many films have been made in this genre and have created a stir. In such a situation, if this film is able to do something amazing, then it will be no less than a miracle for the makers.

The story of the film is about a person who has an angry nature since childhood, whose name is Yudhra Rathod. Actually, Yudhra is burning with the fire of revenge because the drug mafia killed his parents on the way. The story of the film is a bit weak, that is because when you sit to watch the film, you will easily understand what is going to happen next. By the way, you are going to like Siddharth’s work in the film and also Malavika Mohanan, in which she has played the character of a girl named Nikhat Siddiqui.

The story of the film may be weak but Siddharth and Malavika have brought life to the film with their brilliant acting. If we talk about acting, you will also like Raghav Juyal’s character in the film, in which he has played the character of a man named Shafiq. The only regret is that if this film had been released before ‘Kill’, Raghav could have been judged. There is no doubt that ‘Yudhra’ looks weak in front of the magic of acting that Raghav showed in ‘Kill’. However, Raghav’s full hard work is visible in the film. By the way, apart from Gajraj Rao and Ram Kapoor, all the star cast has done justice to their characters.

It would not be appropriate to cut the number in the music that has been composed in the film. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and Prem-Hardeep have composed the music in the film. The lyrics have been written by Javed Akhtar and Raj Ranjodh. The addition of Javed Akhtar’s name to the song itself makes it great. You may get a bit bored in the first half of the film directed by Ravi Udhyavar because the pace of the film slows down a bit, but the film picks up speed as soon as the second half comes. There may not be anything new in the story but Ravi Udhyavar has tried to do something different with the same story. Overall, you can watch this film once. It is entertaining, and at the same time, if you are fond of action films, then you should not miss this film. 3 stars for this film from me.
