After this good news, the film’s director Kiran Rao and the team have expressed happiness. Kiran is very happy with the official entry of her film in the Oscar Awards 2025.
Let us tell you that this film has been directed by Aamir Khan’s ex-wife Kiran Rao. It has been jointly produced by Kiran, Aamir Khan and Jyoti Deshpande. Ravi Kishan, Nitanshi Goyal, Pratibha Rana, Sparsh Srivastava and Chhaya Kadam have played important roles. The film was released on March 1 this year.

Nitanshi Goyal also expressed her happiness about ‘Laapata Ladies’ being sent for Oscars. She played an important role in the film. In a conversation with ABP News, Nitanshi said, ‘It was a dream, it was a manifestation, it was my strong desire and not only mine but the entire team’s that our film should be selected as an official entry for the Oscars.
