A young man was kidnapped in Samaypur Badli area and held hostage in a room. The attackers accused the young man of theft and beat him half to death. After somehow escaping from their clutches, the victim complained about it to the police. The victim alleges that the attackers also threatened to pour petrol in his private parts. The police have registered a case after getting the young man medically examined. The police are conducting raids to arrest the attackers.
