A shocking incident of Samsung’s TWS earbuds exploding has come to light. The woman lost her hearing ability due to the earbuds blasting in her ear. This incident has given tension to the whole world. A student named Bayajit had a Samsung S24 Ultra phone. He bought Samsung earbuds to use with it. After unboxing, he did not charge them because the earbuds had about 36% battery. His girlfriend was very excited about the new earbuds, she put the earbuds in her ear, after which one earbud exploded inside her ear while using it, causing permanent hearing damage to her.
The student has a doctor’s report which confirms that the injury was caused by a blast in the earbud. After the complaint, Samsung has offered to give new earbuds but has not said anything about safety. Samsung has not yet issued any official statement on this entire matter.

The service center said this big thing
According to the report, when the youth first went to the service center with the blasted earbuds, the service center employees were seen apologizing after seeing its condition. However, after two days of investigation, they reportedly concluded that the buds were only damaged, there was no blast in them. The service center employees only offered him a replacement of the same model of earbuds and even told him to take the offer or leave it. The service center people even said that they are free to take legal action as well.
