Rohit Prajapati, the operator of the dhaba, says that he started this dhaba 24 years ago, when the price of a plate used to be ₹ 15. Even at that time, Shahi Paneer, Matar Paneer, Mix Veg, Dal Makhani and two Naans were given in the plate. Today the price of this plate is ₹ 40, but the taste and quality remain the same, which makes it special.

Rohit Prajapati told that he brings fresh spices from the market, grinds them at home and prepares food from them. Fresh vegetables are brought from the market daily, and 6 artisans help in preparing the food. More than 150 people come here every day to have food. Not only the local people like the taste of Dhaba, but people coming from Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab also taste it and praise it.
