During this fast, people eat fruit food and along with the puja, they also make preparations for eating fruit in advance. Actually, there are not many options available for fruits. Material-
2 cups buckwheat flour
4 boiled potatoes
1 teaspoon rock salt
half teaspoon black pepper powder
4 teaspoons chopped coriander
oil for frying

Method of preparation-
First of all, sift the buckwheat flour thoroughly through a sieve in a big vessel. Now peel the boiled potatoes and mash it well with a masher. Now mix potatoes and buckwheat flour. Now add finely chopped coriander, rock salt, two spoons of oil and black pepper powder and mix everything and keep aside.

Now add water little by little and knead the dough hard. Now leave this dough to rest for 10 minutes. Now make small balls of the dough. Now apply ghee on your hands and carefully roll it into a thick puri. Now pour oil in the pan and heat it by placing it on the gas stove. Drop the puris one by one in hot oil and fry them on medium flame.
