Iran-Israel Conflict: There has been a major missile attack on Israel from Iran. Now India has also entered this ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel. Iran’s Ambassador Iraj Elahi has given a big statement regarding India. Iraj Ilahi has described India’s role as important in the Middle East. Apart from this, Iraj Elahi has described Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu as the ‘new Hitler’ of this century and threatened Israel that if it does not desist, Iran will attack it again.
Warning given to Israel
Speaking to NDTV, Iran’s Ambassador to India Iraj Elahi described Iran’s attack as a retaliatory action against Israel. Apart from this, he warned Israel that if Israel does not desist from attacking Iranian properties and its interests, then Iran will repeatedly attack it.
Further Iraj Ilahi said that people all over the world are watching the attacks being carried out by Israel in West Asia. Israel has violated all human rights treaties. There is continuous bloodshed in Gaza and Southern Lebanon, seeing which people are angry.
He further described the Israeli PM as the ‘new Hitler’ of this century. Describing the missile attack on Israel as a retaliatory action, he said that Iran does not joke about its international interests and national security.
‘India has close relations with both sides’
Iraj Ilahi has described India’s role in the Middle East as very important. Explaining the reason behind this, Ilahi has said that India has close relations with both Iran and Israel. Iraj Ilahi has expressed hope that India will help in convincing and stopping Israel.
Reiterating PM Modi’s recent statement ‘This is not the era of war’, the Iranian Ambassador said that we believe in this in Iran too, but if one country violates the sovereignty of another, then that country and What can do?’
Iran will have to pay the price for this
About 200 missiles were fired from Iran towards Israel. Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has called this attack a failed attempt. Other Israeli defense systems, including Iron Dome, destroyed more than 180 missiles. Only a few missiles were successful. PM Netanyahu has called this attack a big mistake of Iran, and it will have to pay the price for it.
