Shardiya Navratri means the festival of worshiping nine forms of Mother Goddess. Although there are 51 Shaktipeeths of Mother Goddess, but one of them is also in Vrindavan. It is called Katyayani Shaktipeeth. It is believed that the hair of Mata Sati had fallen here. This is the same Shaktipeeth where Radha Rani had worshiped to attain Shri Krishna.
