Toll rate not updated on Yamuna Expressway website
There has been a change in the toll tax prices on Yamuna Expressway. Now traveling on this expressway between Greater Noida and Agra has become costlier by 12 percent. Yamuna Development Authority (YEIDA) has changed the prices of toll tax on the expressway. New toll tax rates have come into effect from October 1. Now after the increase in toll rate, if you go from Greater Noida to Agra by your car.
So now you will have to pay Rs 295 instead of Rs 270. So instead of Rs 895 for buses, now you will have to pay Rs 935. So, earlier, oversized vehicles had to pay Rs 1760 as toll tax, now they will have to pay Rs 1835 as toll. These rates have come into effect from October 1. But the old prices are still visible on the official website of Yamuna Expressway.
Prices not updated even on Google Map
If you see a route to go somewhere on Google Map. So on Google Map you can also see the toll tax rate applicable on that route. But if you check on Google Map now, you will see only the old price. If you go to travel after checking the toll rate on Google Map or Yamuna Expressway website, then you will be cheated. Therefore, when you go to Yamuna Expressway in your vehicle, check the updated price of toll.
