Questions are being raised on CBI investigation

In this case, preliminary investigation and evidence was submitted by Bihar Police. After that CBI itself took the case forward. Until the culprits were punished in the lower court, everyone was acquitted in the High Court and now two culprits were given life imprisonment in the Supreme Court, there was much debate on the CBI investigation and the evidence collected or approved by it. In such a situation, the rumor that a famous person like Satish Pandey is being declared dead is spreading rapidly. Being the brother of a JDU MLA, it would not be surprising if the opposition makes this an issue or surrounds the CBI to mislead the Supreme Court.
