In Begusarai, a speeding tractor crushed an innocent child to death. Angered by the incident, people blocked the NH and started creating ruckus against the police administration. It is being told that Rajveer Kumar was playing with his friends on the roadside on Wednesday evening. In the same sequence, a toilet tank cleaning tractor was passing at high speed and it hit Rajveer Kumar. The family members hurriedly admitted Rajveer Kumar to a private nursing home. He died during treatment here.
