According to Sacknilk, Alia’s film got a slow start. The film earned only Rs 4.55 crore on the opening day. However, on the second day, some benefit of Dussehra holiday was seen. The film earned more on the second day than the first day. The collection of the film on the second day was 6.55 crores.
Now the third quarter earnings related figures of ‘Jigra’ have also started coming in. The film has earned Rs 2.81 crore till 4:55 pm. Total collection has been Rs 13.91 crore.

In the film, Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina are seen in the role of sister and brother, in which Alia is seen going to any extent to free her brother from jail. This film of Alia Bhatt is truly her first action Bollywood film before ‘Alpha’. However, Alia has been a part of action films before this. But that film was from Hollywood (‘Heart of Stone’).
The film has been directed by Vasan Bala. Karan Johar’s production house has produced the film. According to Filmibeat, Jigra has been made with a budget of around Rs 80 crore.
