To temporarily stop the connection of Indraprastha Gas Limited i.e. IGL, you can call IGL’s toll-free customer care numbers 011-41387000, 011-49835100, 011-69020500, 011-69020400. After calling, you will have to provide your 10 digit Business Partner (BP) number.

After this you will have to raise a request to the customer care officer to disconnect your connection. Once your request is accepted, the technical team of Indraprastha Gas Limited will come to your home and disconnect the pipeline connection. After disconnection of the gas connection, you will also be given a copy of the job sheet.
Can ask for security money back
While taking IGL gas connection, you have to deposit some money as security money. When you get your connection temporarily closed. After this you can get that security money back. For this you will have to download the form through this link https://www.iglonline.net/application-of-refund-of-security-deposit. After filling this form completely, you will have to submit it to the IGL office along with a copy of your bank’s canceled cheque. After this, the security money will be refunded to your account within 12 days.
