Work From Home Culture: During the Corona epidemic, people all over the world worked from home instead of going out. During that period, the trend of work from home increased and people also benefited from it. Even after so many days, there are many companies which are giving the option of work from home to their employees. But working from home for a long time has had a negative impact on people’s mental health. A recent study has revealed that work from office is better than work from home in maintaining mental health.

Mental health of people working from home in India is bad
Recently, a study conducted at the global level has said that the mental health of employees working in offices in India is better than those working from home. It has been said that unlike Europe and America, office workers in India get mental peace. Here, people working from office remain under less stress as compared to those working from home or in hybrid environment.

Talking about Europe and America, the study says that the mental health of people working in hybrid environment in these places improves. This study was conducted by Work Culture and Mental Wellbeing at Sapiens Lab in America. Under this study, about 55 thousand employees were included in this research.

Study conducted on workplace and many other aspects
This study found that people working in teams had better mental health than those working alone. On the other hand, if we talk about growth in team size and mental health, other countries are better than India in this matter. An approach called quotient was added to this study.
