To make Mathura style peda, you need one bowl of milk powder, powdered sugar, Sajuk ghee, half bowl of milk, nutmeg and cardamom powder.

How to make Peda?
First of all, keep a pan on the gas. Add one spoon of ghee and one bowl of milk powder in it. Fry the milk powder well. When it turns brown, add milk to it. Mix milk little by little and add sugar. You can add sugar as per your taste. If you want more sweetness then add more sugar, otherwise add only 3-4 spoons.

After adding sugar, take out the mixture in a plate. Once again knead it well with your hands. Add cardamom and nutmeg powder to it and mix. Then make peda. Once the peda is ready, coat it in sugar and top with dry fruits. In this way these instant Mathura style pedas are made. Simple method of making special peda

Material:
1 bowl milk powder
1 bowl powdered sugar
1 teaspoon ghee
½ bowl milk
Nutmeg and cardamom powder (as per taste)

Method of preparation:
Prepare the pan: First of all, keep a pan on the gas. Add 1 spoon of ghee in it and add 1 bowl of milk powder in it.

Fry: Fry the milk powder well until it turns golden.

Mix milk: After this, add milk slowly and mix well.

Add sugar: Add sugar as per taste (if you like sweeter then add more sugar).

Knead: Take out the mixture in a plate and knead it well with hands.

Mix spices: Add cardamom and nutmeg powder to it and mix well.

Make Peda: Now make small balls from the mixture and sprinkle sugar and dry fruits on top.
