PM Modi Diwali Celebration: Prime Minister Narendra Modi President on Thursday (31 October 2024) Draupadi Murmu Met him and wished him a happy Diwali. This meeting took place at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The Prime Minister also met Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and congratulated him on Diwali.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Modi celebrated Diwali with the brave soldiers of BSF, Army, Navy and Air Force in Lakshi Nala area of Kutch, Gujarat. The Prime Minister said that we are proud of our security forces, who stand strong and protect us even in difficult situations. He said, “This area of Kutch is challenging and remote, where both heat and cold are extreme.”

Honored the soldiers and gave best wishes
Prime Minister Modi distributed sweets with security forces personnel in Lakshi Nala. He said, “It was a pleasure to celebrate Diwali with the brave soldiers of our BSF, Army, Navy and Air Force. Considering the challenges and remoteness of this region, the bravery and courage of our soldiers is unmatched.”

On the occasion of Diwali, Prime Minister Modi, while wishing the soldiers, said that the country’s government will not compromise even an inch on its borders. He said, “There are snowy peaks of the Himalayas, cold winters and also hot deserts. All these challenges make our soldiers strong in such a way that even the soul of the enemy trembles.”
Prime Minister Modi praised the “unwavering will” and “enormous courage” of the Indian Army, saying, “When the country sees you, it sees the guarantee of security and peace. When the world sees you, it sees the power of India.” And when the enemy sees you, he sees the end of his evil intentions.”
