A coaching class named Physics is running in the ground floor of JS Tower located in Kakadev Coaching Mandi. A fire broke out in its studio at 1:35 pm on Thursday due to short circuit. The fire broke out due to thermocol and plywood. Fire brigade personnel who arrived on information brought the fire under control within an hour with the help of four fire engines. Thankfully, the first batch of 75 coaching students left at 1 o’clock. The children were standing outside. At the same time, 20 students also live in the hostel above. If the fire had started half an hour earlier, the accident could have been bigger.
Pandunagar residents Vishnu Yadav and Sarita Yadav have a four-storey building named JS Tower next to Pandunagar police post. There is a warehouse of an online food delivery app in its basement. The entire studio started burning due to thermocol and plywood and the entire premises was filled with smoke. Due to this the employees started breathing and they came out. After this, the students living in the hostel on the upper floor of the building were brought down the iron stairs built on the other side. Here, outpost in-charge Rahul Kumar arrived with his colleagues and informed the fire brigade only after removing the crowd.
