Amarjeet Singh, who runs a rajma-rice stall, is a resident of Salarganj locality of the district. He thought why not start a business along with studies. So that along with studies, the family can also run comfortably and then he thought that there are many fast food stalls in Bahraich. Why not start something which, along with the taste, also maintains the health of the people.
After this Amarjeet Singh came up with a plan to start Rajma-Rice business. Then he started his business with his father. It was a little difficult in the beginning, but now slowly people are coming to their stall. Here, by noon, all the Rajma and rice brought by them gets eaten up.
Rajma rice is accompanied with special chutney
Amrijat also serves delicious chutney along with rajma-rice at his stall for half plate for Rs 25 and full plate for Rs 40. There is no beating this delicious chutney. The chutney is very tasty to eat. People mix this chutney with kidney beans and rice and eat it with great enthusiasm. Onions are also served along with it. Amarjeet Singh told that now gradually his rajma-rice has started being liked very much in government offices also. People pack it and take it to government offices. People come to these offices from Collectorate, Superintendent of Police office and other places. Because their kidney beans and rice are pure and there is absolutely no oil. Perhaps this is the reason why people are liking it so much.
