Shahid Kapoor has recently given his apartment at Three Sixty West in Worli, Mumbai on rent. According to property site Square Yards, Shahid Kapoor’s house with an area of 501 square meters also has three dedicated parking spaces.
Shahid and Mira Kapoor bought this house in May 2024 for Rs 58.6 crore. Shahid and Mira are joint owners of this house.
Three Sixty West is one of the most posh residential projects in Worli area. This project has 4 and 5 BHK luxury apartments ready to move in.
According to the property site, the rental income from this apartment is around Rs 20 lakh every month. Which is possible to reach around Rs 24 lakh per month within the next five years. Shahid and Mira have signed a lease agreement for 60 months.
Shahid Kapoor has also joined those Bollywood stars who have given their luxury properties on rent. Before this, Kartik Aryan, Ranveer Singh and Sajid Nadiadwala are also getting rental income from their properties.
Talking about Shahid Kapoor’s work front, the actor was last seen in the film ‘Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’. In which Kriti Sanon was with him.
Apart from OTT, the actor also has dominance over OTT. He has been seen playing excellent characters in superhit series like ‘Farzie’.
