1 cup poha
1/2 cup curd
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup green coriander leaves
1-2 finely chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
salt to taste
1-2 teaspoon oil (for cooking)
How to make Poha Cheela
First of all, wash the poha thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes. Then squeeze it well and keep it in a plate. Now add soaked poha, curd, finely chopped onion, carrot, green coriander, green chilli, ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt in a big bowl and mix well. Now heat a non-stick pan, add some oil in it and then put one spoon of the prepared mixture in the pan and spread it. Cook it until it becomes golden and crispy from both sides.
