Bihar Board Exam 2025: Bihar Board 12th Exam Pattern 2025 released by Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is important for the students preparing for their upcoming examinations. A significant change in the pattern involves 50% multiple choice questions (MCQs) and 50% subjective questions.
It is important to understand the marking scheme, as the board has introduced a provision according to which marks from additional subjects can be counted if a student fails in a compulsory subject.
Bihar Board 12th exam will include both multiple choice and subjective type questions, with a balanced distribution between the two types. Specifically, each subject will have 50% subjective questions and 50% objective questions. The subjective questions will be in both long and short-answer formats.
For subjects which include practical examinations, the theory paper will consist of 35 MCQs, while for non-practical subjects, there will be 50 MCQs. The total exam duration is 3 hours and 15 minutes, giving students ample time to complete their papers.
For language papers like Hindi and English, long answer questions carrying more than 5 marks will be included in the examination. This varied question format aims to comprehensively test the subject knowledge and application skills of the students.
