In this case, the police say that Mo Yunus, a resident of Maheshwarsthan village of Aurai police station area of Muzaffarpur district, had alleged that the local chief Abu Bakar and about 10-12 people who came with him were trying to forcibly occupy his land and forcibly destroy it. Came to get registered. All the miscreants first came to the house and the people accompanying them forcibly made them sit in a car. Then taken to Katra block cum zonal office. During this time I was also beaten up. Mo Yunus further said that I kept refusing to register the land. Chief Abu Bakar and his men took me to a secluded place and then beat me badly.

Then Mo Yunus lodged an FIR against all the accused including the chief in Aurai police station. Confirming the arrest of Mukhiya Abu Bakar, Aurai police station in-charge Rupak Kumar said that a case was registered against Mukhiya Abu Bakar on charges of forcible possession of land and registration. After the case was registered, the current chief Abu Bakar has now been arrested.
