Badshah Happy Birthday: Rapper Badshah will celebrate his birthday on 19th November. Badshah has become a big name today. He has no dearth of name and fame. But there was a time when he suffered from depression.
While talking to Lallantop, the rapper had recalled the difficult times and said – I saw Lootera and I was depressed. I was very anxious. I had taken double dose of all the medicines. I woke up and called my doctor. I told the doctor – a big problem has arisen. I saw Lootera and it troubled me a lot. So I took double dose of the medicine. He said- Brother, don’t watch Raanjhana at all.
Badshah said that I managed my mental health very well. Except for that time, I never took medicine without doctor’s advice.
When the king had a panic attack
Describing his first panic attack, Badshah said- I was going to sleep and my heartbeats started increasing. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I went out and started running on the road. I took two sleeping pills and fell asleep. In the morning it was revealed that it was a panic attack. This was the first time I had a panic attack.
Badshah said- Even while coming back to India, my anxiety remained. I was anxious in the plane and was also sweating. My co-passenger realized something because I was behaving strangely. Then I started writing songs and calmed myself down.
After coming back, he had trouble sleeping, so he asked his sister for help and said – save me, something is happening to me. Then I saw the doctor. He told that I have depression, anxiety, disorder. Then I started medicine and it took me 6 months to recover.
