This is the whole matter

Court reader Swatantra Rawat said that Sunil Kumar Umar Vaish, resident of Anjahi Mohal, Gopiganj, lodged a complaint with the Consumer Commission on July 30, 2024. Told that on October 3, 2023, he had purchased Bajaj Platina Motorcycle 110 CC by paying Rs. 88 thousand from Sandhya Singh, proprietor of Siddhi Vinayak Automobile Branch located at GT Road, Azad Nagar, Gopiganj.

The opposition party promised to complete the registration and give the registration certificate and number plate within a week, but after many days the opposition party gave a number plate to the complainant. Putting it on, he started riding the bike. One day the police caught hold of the motorcycle and after checking the records, it was found that the motorcycle number belonged to a four-wheeler, which was registered in the name of St. Thomas School, Gopiganj.
