Now whenever you buy radish, do not throw away its leaves, rather make a tasty vegetable out of it. So today we are telling you a recipe in which radish and its leaves have been used extensively.

How to make radish leaves curry,

Material:
Radish: 2 (grated or finely chopped)
Radish leaves: 1 cup (finely chopped)
Mustard oil: 1 tsp
Ajwain: ½ tsp
Asafoetida: ¼ tsp
Ginger: ¼ tsp (grated)
Green chilli: 2 (finely chopped)
Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp
Red chilli powder: ½ tsp
Salt: as per taste

Method to make radish vegetable: First of all, wash radish and its leaves thoroughly in water 3 to 4 times. Now grate the radish or chop it finely. Chop its stalk and leaves also finely.

Now heat mustard oil in a pan and add asafoetida and carom seeds to it. Now when it turns light brown, add grated ginger to it and fry for 2 minutes. Then add finely chopped green chillies and chopped radish, leaves and stalk.

Cover them and cook on low flame until the leaves become soft. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt as per taste and mix well. Cover it and let it cook until the radish becomes soft. Radish leaf vegetable is ready. Serve it with hot roti, paratha or puri and enjoy winter.
