This time, Mahakumbh Gram is being prepared especially in Prayagraj which will be in 25 acres. 400 luxury tents equipped with modern facilities will be set up in Mahakumbh Gram, which will be exactly like a hotel. This scheme has been prepared by Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC).
Mahakumbh Gram Tent City will have high level facilities for the guests undertaking the pilgrimage. Deluxe and premium camps equipped with modern facilities will also be built which will give a luxury experience amid the spiritual atmosphere of Mahakumbh 2025. Deluxe tents will have bedroom, bathroom, hot water, air conditioner, LED TV with facilities to watch live events. The people living in it will be under security round the clock. Fireproof tents will be constructed. The comfortable dining hall will have buffet catering facilities.
Rent will be Rs 6000
You will be able to stay in a tent village by paying Rs 6000. Per person per night will increase upon double occupancy. Breakfast will be available for free in this. The package will also be provided to the passengers of Bharat Gaurav train.
Environment friendly village will be built
IRCTC Tourism and Marketing Director Rahul Himalayan said that there will be shuttle service to reach the Ganga bathing areas. There will be environment friendly battery operated vehicles. Yoga, spa and biking facilities will also be provided. The reception counter will be open 24 hours.
