You must have eaten Palak Paneer, Chole Paneer, but today we are going to tell you the recipe of Paneer Pasanda, which is liked a lot, but not everyone tries it at home.

Paneer Pasanda is such a dish, whose taste is amazing. From children to old people eat it with great enthusiasm. Paneer pasada is counted among the tastiest and richest vegetables in India. The most important thing is that whoever thinks that it is difficult to make, then you are wrong, it is very easy to make. Let us tell you how you can easily make paneer pasada at home.

Ingredients for Paneer Pasandah
Paneer – 250 grams
Cream – 1 cup
Almonds – 8 to 10
Cashew – 8 to 10
Pistachios chopped – 1 tsp
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Green chili – 2-3 finely chopped
Tomato – 4-5
Green coriander – finely chopped
Asafoetida – 1 tsp
Cumin – half tsp
Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1 quarter tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Paneer Pasanda Recipe
To make paneer pasada, first cut the paneer. After this, cut cashew-almonds into fine pieces.

Cut tomatoes, green chilies and green coriander as well. Mash some cottage cheese for stuffing and mix finely chopped cashews and almonds in it. Add green coriander, salt to it and mix well.

Take cornflour in a bowl and make a thick paste by adding a little water to it. Add a pinch of salt to it and mix well. Now for stuffing, cut paneer pieces from the middle in such a way that the lower part remains attached.

Fill the prepared stuffing in the cut paneer pieces, press it well and keep it aside.
Now heat the oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot, dip the prepared paneer pieces in the cornflour solution and then fry them like pakoras. After it turns golden, take it out from the oil and keep it aside.

Now put tomatoes, green chilies in the mixer and grind them well. Take oil in a pan and heat it. Now add cumin, asafoetida, then add ginger paste and fry for some time. Now add tomato paste to it and cook it well. After cooking it for some time, add garam masala, turmeric, salt and other spices and cook it well.

When the oil starts separating from the spices, then understand that the paste is cooked. Now add cream to it and mix it well. Add a cup of water and cook till it comes to a boil. Add paneer to the prepared gravy and mix well. Garnish on top and serve ready paneer pasada hot with chapati, rai, paratha or naan.
