According to Bandra Police, the accused had extracted the landline number of Bandra Police Station from the internet and after that he made a threat call.
The investigation of Bandra Police has also revealed that the mobile which was used by the accused to threaten Shahrukh was purchased only a week ago i.e. on 30th October, the accused Faizan himself had purchased this mobile and he had Was using the old SIM card. He lodged a complaint of theft of his mobile on November 2, but did not get the mobile number switched off.
According to the investigation of Bandra Police, if the mobile had been stolen then the person who stole it would have changed the SIM cord and installed another SIM, but in this case nothing like this happened, not only this, after the theft of the mobile, the accused used the SIM installed in it. No effort was made to contact him by calling.
According to the CDR of the accused, after purchasing the mobile on 30th October, he used it for 107 seconds at 11.27 pm on 31st October, 125 seconds at 11.30 pm, 38 seconds at 11.53 pm, 379 seconds at 2.24 pm on 1st November, 69 seconds at 2.57 pm, 395 at 3 pm. seconds and spoke 157 seconds at 9.22 pm The accused did not give any answer to the police as to whom he had this conversation with.
The police suspect that the accused himself has hidden the mobile phone used in the crime somewhere. Police investigation has revealed that the accused had prepared a plan before giving the threat and carried it out accordingly.
The accused lawyer is not cooperating in the police investigation and is changing his answers.
The accused lawyer is currently in police custody, the accused has made up many stories after threatening him.
