Wash coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger with water and chop finely. If you want, you can also chop an onion and add it. Add a little oil to the dough and knead it. Do not make the dough too wet. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, roasted cumin powder, carom seeds, red chilli powder, salt to the grated radish and mix well. Stuffing ingredients are ready. Now roll a big roti. Spread the radish mixture in it and roll out the second roti and stick it on top. Place it on a pan, apply oil and cook it. If you want, you can also mix radish mixture with flour and knead it and make paratha.
You can also prepare it by squeezing out water from radish and roasting it lightly, so that the water dries completely. For this, add oil in the pan. Add onion, chilli and ginger in it. Fry for a minute and then add radish in it. Fry it well on high flame. Now add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, carom seeds and coriander leaves. Cook well. Now turn off the flame and let this mixture cool. Make medium sized balls of the kneaded dough. Stuff the radish mixture in it and roll it into a round shape. Roll slowly so that it does not break. Now place the pan on the gas and heat it. Put the paratha on the pan and apply oil or ghee on both the sides and cook it well. Hot radish parathas are ready.
